Mama Fit hosted by Charlotte is a fun, supportive fitness class designed specifically for both new and experienced mums. These sessions focus on helping you regain strength, improve fitness, and boost energy in a friendly, welcoming environment where your little one is always welcome.

Classes combine gentle cardio, strength, and core exercises tailored to postnatal bodies, helping you build confidence, tone muscles, and improve overall wellbeing. Whether you’re a few weeks, several months or a few years post-birth, movements are fully adaptable to suit your fitness level and recovery stage.

Mama Fit is more than a workout. It’s a chance to meet other mums, share experiences, and enjoy some time for yourself, all in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Babies are welcome to join (or come alone!) and sessions are designed to be flexible and family-friendly.
