About Postnatal & Baby Yoga with Lauren

I offer a gentle, supportive yoga class designed for Mamas and their babies from around 6 weeks to walking. 

These sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your body after birth, while enjoying calm, mindful movement alongside your baby.

Classes include postnatal-safe yoga to gently rebuild strength, improve mobility, and support posture - particularly around the core, pelvic floor, back, and shoulders. 

Babies are welcomed into the practice through simple stretches, songs, sensory play, and moments of connection, creating a relaxed and nurturing environment for both Mama and baby.

This class is about more than exercise - it’s a space to slow down, bond with your baby, and connect with other parents in a friendly, non-judgemental setting. There is always time to feed, change, or settle your baby as needed.

No previous yoga experience is required, and all movements can be adapted to suit your postnatal recovery and energy levels. All equipment is provided.

 

Bookings are made in either monthly blocks or individual drop in sessions to allow you flexibility.
