I offer a calm, supportive space for Mamas to move, breathe, and connect during pregnancy.
Each session includes breath work, movement suitable for your changing body and a pregnancy focused guided relaxation.
It can support common physical challenges in pregnancy, emotional wellbeing and promote a sense of calm and confidence.
There are also opportunities for chat and connection with other mamas to be in this supportive environment.
All equipment is provided for you - all you need is comfy clothes and a drink.
You don't need any previous yoga experience, movement is adaptable and you are encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Classes are one hour long with 40 minutes of movement & 20 minutes of guided meditation.
Suitable from 12 weeks until you birth your baby. All levels of experience welcome. Booking is in monthly blocks or individual drop in sessions to allow you maximum flexibility.
